Something sweet and different - N20 Extreme Gelato!

Hi everyone – Judd here! Today I will be blogging about my one of my favourite deserts, N20 Extreme Gelato!

These crazy scientist's have created an exotic blend of flavours and have truly embarked on a one of a kind desert! 

They use Liquid Nitrogen to flash freeze Gelato. The Result is a smooth, fresh gelato sundae!

 It's always good fun to watch your ice-cream being made with quirky flavours. Today we had the strawberry and fetta and the coffee frappe. 

Strawberry and fetta was surprisingly good, almost like strawberries and cream but the feta was slightly salted which elevated the sweetness of the strawberry. The coffee frappe had chunks of honeycomb, which added a play on texture.

With quirky flavours and playful add ons such as syringes and partnerships with anna polyviou, N2 is a great way to end the evening if you are in the area!

Haven Cafe

Haven Tailoring Coffee Joyously or better known as Haven cafe is located in the heart of Sydney's CBD (Central Business District), right next to Central train station. This cafe is unique in the sense that it allows for customers to fully tailor their coffee preferences in order to drink that perfect caffeine beverage. They have a wide selection of coffee beans each with a distinct characteristic and flavor, their beans are of the highest quality and is sure to fulfill the needs of even the pickiest coffee drinkers.

Using the Victoria Arduino VA388 Black Eagle coffee machine Haven Cafe produces some of the best espresso in Sydney as this is the official World Barista Championship coffee machine for 2015-2017. They also have an extensive food and desert menu for those who want to sit down and enjoy the relaxing interior design of the cafe. Their most well known dish is definitely the Kimchi Burger, give it a try if you ever decide to have a meal at Haven.

Halal Snack Pack Craze

Halal Snack Packs or better known as HSP's is the new food craze, this is evident with the Facebook group (Halal Snack Pack Appreciation Society) recently reaching 100,000 devoted members who love to get their arteries clogged with oil. We'll be posting some of the best HSP spots that can be found in Sydney ! So what is a Halal Snack Pack? Basically, its a bed of freshly fried chips seasoned with chicken salt which is then topped with shaven fried kebab meat (beef, chicken, lamb or mixed), the genius creation is then finished with a generous serving of sauce on top of the meat. The best sauces to accompany a HSP is definitely the 'Holy Trinity' which consists of garlic, chili and barbecue sauce. Many kebab shops have stepped up their HSP game with the recent hype of people travelling far and wide to find the most halal snack pack. But, there is one shop that rules them all, Kings Kebabs in Campbelltown, known as the Mecca of HSP's this is definitely a worthy spot for people to try when in the area.

It's difficult to say why this particular kebab shop reigns as the best, its an experience every HSP eater should try. People have made the pilgrimage to Kings Kebabs from Melbourne in order to eat the finest HSP in Sydney and arguably the whole of Australia.

Another notable HSP shop in Sydney is Metro One Kebab, Pizza and Pide in Ashfield. Known for its excellent service, Metro One is bound to fill the hungriest individuals with its massive $40 or $50 pizza box HSP. If you are in a group this is an awesome feed that is guaranteed to fill everyone up.
